Terms and Conditions

We guarantee results within 8 months from the date you place your order for our services. Most engines will index your site in about two months, but it takes time to gain the PageRank needed to compete on competitive phrases.

In order to achieve the best results, we require that these Terms and Conditions are met or else the guarantee will be void.

You shall pay us 100% in advance.

If you choose to order a Pay-Per-Click Package, we will send visitors to your website at a price of 5 cents per visitor.

Upon receipt of payment from you, we will register a new domain for you, which will be owned by us. We will then optimize this new domain for the search engines and will add links from this domain to your website.

When we have sent 5000/10,000 unique visitors to the customer's web site against the advance payment of $250/$500, you can choose to renew the agreement with us by paying an additional amount of $250/$500 for an additional 5000/10,000 visitors. However, you are under no obligation to renew the agreement.

You can ask us for a refund within 60 days from the date you place your order.
If you request a refund, we will issue a pro-rated refund of the amount in balance, that is, equal to the value of visitors (out of the promised 5000/10000 visitors) not yet sent by us to your site, each visitor being valued at 5 cents.

The number of unique visitors we send to your website will be monitored by an independent, third party link tracking service and the visitor count displayed by this service will be considered final.

If you choose to order a non-Pay-Per-Click Package, you must authorize us to optimize the layout and keyword density of your web pages. We will, however, work with you every step of the way to try and preserve as much of your original content as possible.

If you choose to order the Bronze Package, you will pay us $500. We will optimize your website for 5 keywords. We guarantee that we will get at least 4 top 10 positions for you within 8 months from the date you place your order with us. If we fail to achieve at least 4 top 10 positions within 8 months, we will refund $500 to you. If, however, we get more than 4 top 10 positions for you after 8 months, you need not pay any extra charges to us.

If you choose to order the Silver Package, you will pay us $1000. We will optimize your website for 10 keywords. We guarantee that we will get at least 8 top 10 positions for you within 8 months from the date you place your order with us. If we fail to achieve at least 8 top 10 positions within 8 months, we will refund $1000 to you. If, however, we get more than 8 top 10 positions for you after 8 months, you need not pay any extra charges to us.

If you choose to order the Gold Package, you will pay us $1500. We will optimize your website for 15 keywords. We guarantee that we will get at least 12 top 10 positions for you within 8 months from the date you place your order with us. If we fail to achieve at least 12 top 10 positions within 8 months, we will refund $1500 to you. If, however, we get more than 12 top 10 positions for you after 8 months, you need not pay any extra charges to us.

If you choose to order the Platinum Package, you will pay us $2000. We will optimize your website for 20 keywords. We guarantee that we will get at least 18 top 10 positions for you within 8 months from the date you place your order with us. If we fail to achieve at least 18 top 10 positions within 8 months, we will refund $2000 to you. If, however, we get more than 18 top 10 positions for you after 8 months, you need not pay any extra charges to us.

If you choose to order the Sapphire Package, you will pay us $2500. We will optimize your website for 25 keywords. We guarantee that we will get at least 20 top 10 positions for you within 8 months from the date you place your order with us. If we fail to achieve at least 20 top 10 positions within 8 months, we will refund $2500 to you. If, however, we get more than 20 top 10 positions for you after 8 months, you need not pay any extra charges to us.

If you choose to order the Diamond Package, you will pay us $3000. We will optimize your website for 30 keywords. We guarantee that we will get at least 25 top 10 positions for you within 8 months from the date you place your order with us. If we fail to achieve at least 25 top 10 positions within 8 months, we will refund $3000 to you. If, however, we get more than 25 top 10 positions for you after 8 months, you need not pay any extra charges to us.

Any website downtime of 14 days or more voids guarantee, because search engines will remove your listing if they can't find your site.

Our work cannot be altered or removed during the guarantee period. If our work is not visible to search engine spiders for 14 days or more, because our optimization is removed, overwritten, or deleted, the guarantee is void. If our work is altered or removed for any reason, contact us within 14 days. We will repair it for a fee of $150 and your guarantee will continue.

In order to provide the best possible online marketing services, we need to work together as a team. You agree that you will let us know if you make any changes to your pages, especially the home page. As the entrance to your site, this page is critical. You agree to inform us by email of any substantial edits or changes to your site within 14 days. This guarantee is void if our work is altered without our knowledge. Search engine optimization fees to repair altered pages are billed at $150 per hour. If the repair takes 10 minutes or less, it's free.

You understand that our web promotion services do not include paid submission fees some engines charge for inclusion. We are not affiliated with these submission services in any way. You must pay these fees directly to the search engine for inclusion.

We will not, under any circumstances, issue a refund before 8 months from the date of your placing the order with us.

We will optimize your website only for multiple-word keywords, and not for any single-word keywords.

We do not guarantee that the search engine positions we obtain for you will be permanent. This is because search engines make frequent and unpredictable changes in their ranking methods.

The number of top 10 positions that we get for you will be calculated on the basis of the positions in the major search engines and directories, i.e. Google, HotBot, Lycos, AltaVista, Fast, IWon, AOL, MSN, Netscape, Open Directory and Yahoo!
